About Me
My name is Beata Stasiek-Juszczyńska. I live with my partner in a beautiful village in the Mazovian countryside, close to my parents, my roots, and unspoiled nature. For professional and personal reasons, I also spend a lot of time in Warsaw and Lublin. I’m a mother to a wonderful young man whom I raised on my own and who is now studying abroad. I also care for several cats who were abandoned by their previous owners. In my professional life, I’m guided by a strong sense of solidarity — a deep love for people and a genuine desire to help them. My mission is to bring positive change to the world by caring for others and showing that every person matters. At the same time, I carry a deep sense of responsibility for how I support those I work with. The values I live by every day are courage, freedom, honesty, and fairness. In my personal relationships, I’m characterized by a balanced perspective on myself and the world, sincerity, and a good sense of humor.

My Qualifications and Professional Ethics
For over 12 years, I have been passionate about applying coaching and related tools to employee recruitment and development. I work within a coaching-based management culture — one that focuses on discovering people’s potential, creating space for experimentation, gaining new experiences, and implementing team-driven change.
I am a coach and mentor accredited by the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) at the Practitioner level. I also hold a postgraduate diploma in Coaching and Mentoring from UMCS in Lublin, an EMCC- and Polish Chamber of Coaching–accredited program. Additionally, I collaborate as a mentor with Youth Business Poland, supporting startup project teams.
For nearly 20 years, I have served as a leader in managerial and director roles, including in international corporations within the film and entertainment industry (Warner Bros. Discovery) and the pharmaceutical and medical sectors (MSD, Organon, Medtronic, Zoetis). I have hands-on experience in identifying natural talents and potential (Gallup Strengths Assessment) as well as in diagnosing values, attitudes, competencies, and developmental potential (DISC-D3). These tools support both recruitment and employee growth planning processes.
Having worked in three different countries, I’ve gained a deeper understanding of diverse personalities, behavioral patterns, communication styles, and cultural differences. I have also faced significant personal and professional transitions myself — experiences that help me better understand the challenges others may encounter.
At the foundation of my professional ethics lie trust, honesty, professionalism, and safety. I guarantee complete discretion and confidentiality throughout our collaboration and beyond.
My Approach to Coaching
Our collaboration begins with identifying your current situation — what works well for you and what doesn’t. Together, we’ll explore the kind of change you need. You’ll summarize what you’ve already done toward this goal, what has worked, and what hasn’t. Then, you’ll define the results you want to achieve, the possible ways to reach them, and a concrete action plan. We’ll meet regularly every 1–2 weeks, typically over a period of 3–5 months. Throughout this process, I’ll have honest and personal conversations with you. You can count on my integrity and directness in asking questions, an objective perspective on your situation, and guidance in discovering new viewpoints and unconventional solutions. I’ll motivate and inspire you to take action toward your defined goals. During our sessions — and sometimes between them — I’ll offer development exercises to help you move forward. When needed, I also provide mentoring or intervention sessions for urgent support.
