As a result, instead of submitting to the expectations of others, you embrace the freedom to be who you choose to be.

However, this also carries a sense of responsibility. It means moving forward thoughtfully and mindfully, accepting the consequences of your choices and understanding that not every decision will be healthy for you or beneficial to your surroundings.
